Plate Bevelling Machine (Edge 80)

The Edge 80 is a high speed plate bevelling machine with a variable angle head and high bevelling capacity. It is fast and precise thanks to the milling tool equipped with high speed interchangeable inserts.

The set up of the bevel angle and bevel depth are now even easier thanks to the two LCD digital displays. With the optional milling head speed regulator it is possible to reduce the RPM of the milling tool for an optimal result on any material.

The Edge 80 has a chip collecting tray to stop swarf spillages in the working environment, as well as a dual amortisation system which allows for uneven wall thickness and workshop floors.

Also available as a reverse option for bevelling the lower side of the plates.
