# You authorise Welding Equipment Online Ltd to use your personal information for the purpose of processing your payment and delivery of goods. You acknowledge that some of this data will be passed to PayPal for them to complete transactions, and agree to this. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication in relation to your orders and matters concerning your user account.
# For the purpose of providing local service and support, Welding Equipment Online Ltd acts as a Trading Partner and independent distributor / service centre representing the Welding Equipment Online Ltd product range. We are able to assist you on a same-day basis with pre- and post-sale enquiries. In order to facilitate this service, you authorise Welding Equipment Online Ltd to transmit your contact details to Welding Equipment Online Ltd.
# All prices are ex-works and are shown inclusive and exclusive of VAT as appropriate. Weights and liquid measurements quoted are approximate and for conversion purposes only. Prices are as per the quantities specified in the product descriptions.
# In the event of price increases or reductions, the price charged will be that ruling at the date of order, as displayed on our website. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price, If the item(s) have been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order.
# VAT will be charged at the rate ruling at the time of supply.
# A carriage charge is applied to orders, for standard 1-2 day shipments to mainland destinations within the United Kingdom. Other destinations and premium services are available but subject to additional freight charges.
# Payment shall be due in full before the despatch date and proforma payment is a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle Welding Equipment Online Ltd to terminate the contract immediately.
# Title for goods supplied remains vested in Welding Equipment Online Ltd unless and until full payment in cleared funds has been made. Until such payment is received Welding Equipment Online Ltd remains fiduciary owners not withstanding delivery of goods pursuant to orders received and accepted.
# When signing for goods you are accepting that they are in good condition. All goods must be inspected on reciept and any damage reported to the courier before signing for them. We will not be able to replace damaged goods that have been signed for without inspection.
# Welding Equipment Online Ltd deliver all goods by contract carrier or parcel post. Most items of a reasonable size, weight and value are delivered anywhere in the UK mainland using a next-day courier service. [Goods for The Shetlands and other Scottish Islands may incur extra freight, which will be advised when the order is received]. Ex-stock UK orders received up to 2:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Freight for export will be quoted on receipt of an Online Enquiry
# Our carriers request that deliveries are properly examined prior to acceptance. You must thoroughly check your consignment before you sign for it. If your delivery is damaged or incorrect, please indicate on the courier delivery note and advise our customer services team within 24hrs of receipt by calling +44 (0) 1752 936 028 or via emailing [email protected]
# Please obtain a returns authority number prior to returning any product to Welding Equipment Online Ltd. Returns should be made to the supply partner warehouse and not direct to Welding Equipment Online Ltd offices. Please ensure this authorisation number is clearly noted on the outside of the packaging. Returns authorisation is issued for a period of 30 days, failure to return goods in this time may result in this authorisation being withdrawn. Find out more about returns and refunds.
# The system by which your orders are received and fulfilled has received third party approval to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Our process has been designed to provide our customers with a high quality of service, together with procedures for rectification of any errors or product faults. # Full protection under warranty is provided according to UK law. Our risk in the goods extends to any product in its as supplied form and subjected to reasonable use and fair wear and tear. A 12-month return-to-base repair-or-replacement warranty is provided on all products except torches (which are subject to a manufacturer’s 3-month guarantee) and some welding machines which have a 5 year return to manufacturer warranty based on registration after purchase), and unless specifically stated by us as exceeding this level on a per-product basis. All warranty work must only be undertaken by approved Welding Equipment Online Ltd Service Centres, following authorisation from Welding Equipment Online Ltd.
# Product descriptions and images are given in good faith but may change without notice and do not form part of any sales contract.
