Refund and Returns Policy
Right to cancel
1.1 You may return goods that you no longer require for a refund or exchange. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of the goods and notified to us via email to the details shown on your order.
1.2 We shall refund goods returned to us in original, resalable condition. All returned goods shall be subject to our inspection before agreeing any partial or full refund or exchange.
1.3 All refunds shall be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. We are unable to refund delivery and return charges which shall be borne by you.
1.4 We do not accept refunds on certain goods, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. For more information on products on which we cannot accept returns, please contact us before placing an order.
Faulty or damaged goods
1.5 In the unlikely event that goods you receive are faulty or damaged and you wish to return the goods you must let us know within 14 days of the product being delivered.
1.6 Notice of return of faulty or damaged goods must be notified to us via email to the details shown on your order.
1.7 All returned products shall be subject to our inspection before agreeing to any partial or full refund or product exchange. We may refuse to refund or exchange damaged goods that are not notified to the courier on delivery in accordance with our terms & conditions of sale.
1.8 Good must be returned to us at the address specified within our returns authorisation, within 14 days from informing us of the faulty or damaged products. We shall either, at our discretion, exchange the faulty goods or provide you with a full refund.
1.9 We shall reimburse to you the cost of returning the damaged or faulty goods to us. Please retain proof of sending.
Consumer Customer right to cancel
The following provisions apply to consumer customers, being those individuals’ purchasing goods for purposes outside that individual’s trade, business or profession only:
1.10 If you are a consumer customer you may have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1.11 You do not have the right to cancel an order for certain goods, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
1.12 Where you have the right to cancel an order, you must notify us of the cancellation within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods by providing notice to the email address on your order.
1.13 Goods must be returned to us the address specified within our returns authorisation, within 14 days of notice of cancellation. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We are not obliged to refund the goods until we have received the returned goods from you.
1.14 We shall not be obliged to provide a refund on any goods that arrive to us that are not in good and resaleable condition.
1.15 Unless the goods are damaged or faulty, all delivery costs shall be borne by you.
1.16 We will issue a refund of the price of the goods plus standard cost of delivery in sending the order to you (irrespective of whether a more expensive delivery option), within:
1.16.1 14 days from the day we receive the Goods back from you; or
1.16.2 if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Goods.
1.17 Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds shall be made to the same payment method used for purchasing the goods.
International Orders / Non-GBP Orders
1.17 Refunds for orders outside of the UK are issued in the same currency used to pay for the order. If the currency needs to be converted for the refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the conversion.
1.18 The converted amount paid for the order usually does not equal the converted amount refunded and you may not be refunded the full amount that you paid for the order.
