Sifmig Zero SG3 is a double-deoxidised mild steel MIG wire, devoid of any copper coating. It is enriched with increased silicon and manganese content, making it ideal for welding unalloyed and low-alloyed mild and medium tensile steels. This wire is especially suitable for applications that demand good impact toughness even at temperatures as low as -20°C. With its high-quality uncoppered finish, it ensures improved feeding and conductivity. Compared to the standard SIFMIG SG2, the ZERO SG3 typically offers a superior ultimate tensile strength.
