Description
Weld Star – CF3 (G4Si1) Wire (0.8mm) 15kg
Weld Star CF3 (G4Si1) is a non-copper coated solid wire designed for welding unalloyed and low-alloyed carbon-manganese steels. This environmentally friendly wire offers reduced fumes and smoke compared to traditional copper wires. With a higher Si-Mn content, it ensures increased weld metal strength and a commendable bead appearance. The wire is suitable for both semi-automatic and full-automatic GMAW applications and is known for its good mechanical properties even at sub-zero temperatures. Packaged in a vacuum-sealed plastic bag to prevent moisture absorption, it also features an alignment hole clip for smooth feeding. The green wire is produced using virgin raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
