Description
Weld Star – A32 (ER 80S-G) Wire (1.2mm) 15kg
Weld Star – A32 (ER 80S-G) Wire, with a diameter of 1.2mm, is a low alloy copper-coated wire designed with 1.15% Cr and 0.5% Mo content, making it ideal for welding creep-resistant steels. It offers excellent resistance against hydrogen and sulphur agent attacks and is recommended for use at temperatures up to 550 degrees Celsius. This green wire is produced using virgin raw materials from specialized steel mills, ensuring consistent quality and reliability. Its precision layer winding ensures superior wire feeding characteristics. It’s primarily used in the chemical and ammonia synthesis process, heat exchangers, boilers, pipes, pressure vessels, and the petrochemical industry.
Key Features:
- Resistant to hydrogen and sulphur agent attacks.
- Suitable for working temperatures up to 550°C.
- Made from virgin raw materials for consistent quality.
- Precision layer wound for optimal wire feeding.
- Designed for welding creep-resistant steels.
