Super 6 A32 is a high strength low alloy MIG wire for structural steel and pressure vessel welding, available in 1.0mm and 1.2mm diameters on 15kg reels.
Super 6 A32 High Strength Steel MIG Wire is designed for demanding structural and fabrication work requiring high mechanical properties and excellent crack resistance.
This copper-coated ER80S-G / G CrMo1Si wire offers stable arc performance and consistent weld quality, making it suitable for construction, heavy fabrication, and composite steel/concrete structures.
It delivers high toughness with an impact energy of 100 J at +20°C, and mechanical properties including tensile strength of 630 MPa, yield strength of 520 MPa, and elongation of 23%.
Compliant with AWS A5.28 ER80S-G and EN ISO 21952-A G CrMo1Si, this wire is supplied in 1.0mm and 1.2mm diameters on 15kg reels, for use with Ar/CO₂ shielding gases on DC+ polarity.
