900mm HP Discharge Hose 300 bar MWP (To BS EN ISO 14113) For oxygen & oxygen mixtures 3/8 RH x 5/8 RH C/W Heat Sink

The high pressure flexible hoses are manufactured in three forms dependant upon the gas service required, oxygen and oxygen mixtures, acetylene and all other non-corrosive industrial gases. All hoses are fitted with an anti whip cable as standard to ensure total safety in the event of a hose failure or accidental damage.

Manufactured conforming to EN ISO 1411

Oxygen & Oxygen Mixtures

• Stainless Steel Braided Anti-Whip Restraint Cable to ensure that the end connections are tethered in the event of hose failure.
• Range of end connections, all hoses are fitted with ¼ NPT fixed female end connections to allow for the fitting of a wide range of inlet and    outlet connections.
• Heatsink fitted, all high pressure oxygen usage hoses are fitted with a heatsink as standard to eliminate the risks of adiabatic combustion.

All other Non-Corrosive Industrial Gases

• Braided with protective cover.
• Range of end connections, all hoses are fitted with¼ NPT fixed female end connections to allow for the fitting of a wide range of inlet and outlet connections.
• Anti-Whip restraint cable to ensure that the end connections are tethered in the event of hose failure.

Acetylene

• Braided with protective cover.
• Range of end connections, all hoses are fitted with ¼ NPT loose nut swivel female end connection to allow for the fitting of a wide range of inlet and outlet connections.
• Anti-whip restraint cable to ensure the end connections are tethered in the event of hose failure.
• Acetylene decomposition tested
