The F-Tech Fox Fume Extraction Unit is a portable dust extraction system designed to efficiently remove dust from manual welding and grinding processes. It offers a practical and reliable solution for cleaner air, enhancing the working conditions for welders and the overall environment. The unit utilizes a high vacuum system and features a compact modular design, making it extremely portable. With 4 sturdy, swivel casters, it can be easily maneuvered within the workplace. The system is powered by tandem motors, providing a vacuum of over 20,000 Pa, ensuring efficient extraction and filtration of harmful welding or grinding dust. It can run two welding torches simultaneously and comes with an hour meter to monitor equipment running time. The unit is equipped with ePTFE robust European made filters (H13 Certified) and features an automatic cleaning system for the filter cartridge and the mechanical filter layer. Dust is collected in a tray, and a mask and gloves are provided for safe waste removal.
