Weld Star – Alloy C22 (NiCrMo-10) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed for joint welding of super alloys. This Nb-free weld metal offers resistance against stress and corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion.

It’s primarily used for overlays and cladding of lower alloy steels, making it ideal for applications in chemical processing plants and offshore environments.
