Universal 8 kVA Spot Station Double Program 400V
The Universal Welding Station is an 8 kVA unit equipped with a hand-operated gun and a double program feature. It allows for the simultaneous connection of two tools and has an automatic recall function for the relevant welding program. This not only saves time but also helps to avoid errors, ensuring a simple and safe working process.
This welding station is particularly suitable for car body shop repair works. It can be used for various tasks such as resistance spot welding of sheets, sheet straightening with a spotter (using nails and washers), localized heating of sheets with a carbon electrode, welding of screws and rivets, as well as spot welding of inox sheet metals.
The welding control unit of this station is synchronous SCR-based and offers adjustable welding time in cycles and pulses. It also allows for welding current adjustment and includes a compensation function. These features provide precise control and flexibility during welding operations.
The welding stations with epoxy-coated transformers, are supplied equipped with:
- Item 3489 – Adjustable height trolley with tray and arms holder.
- Item 3473 – extra-flexible cables L= 1800 mm, 150 mm2.
- Item 5001 – pair of straight arms, L=107 mm.
