The Tecna 8006D is an industrial-grade 80 kVA linear-action spot welder equipped with the advanced TE550 digital control unit. Designed for production-line spot and projection welding, it delivers robust, consistent welds on steel and aluminium components. The linear ram ensures uniform electrode pressure and alignment, reducing wear and increasing weld reliability.

The machine offers a thermal current rating of 6,800 A at 100% duty cycle, with maximum welding currents reaching 13.6 kA on steel and 15.4 kA on aluminium. The TE550 controller enables precision programming of weld times, force, and current monitoring. Water-cooled and pneumatically driven, the 8006D is ideal for continuous operation in automotive, fabrication, and metalworking environments.
