An aluminium TIG rod containing 12% silicon, suitable for all types of aluminium castings. Typical applications include repair, surfacing, and construction of window frames, tubes, furniture, engine blocks, and automotive parts.

Also used in aerospace and as a brazing alloy on thin gauge material. Can be used for brazing aluminium in conjunction with No 14 Flux (F140050). Do not use if fabrication is to be anodised.
