Component Information
- Contact tips guide the wire and transmit electrical current. Replace when changing wire diameter or type, or if the orifice becomes blocked or deformed
- Contact tip supports direct gas flow. Replace if the gas diffusion orifice becomes blocked
- Nozzle springs maintain nozzle position. Replace if elasticity is lost
- For aluminium welding, consider using a nozzle with Teflon coating (ref. 041585)
