Component Information

• Contact tips guide the wire and transmit electrical current. Replace when changing wire type or diameter, or if the orifice becomes blocked or deformed
• Contact tip supports move the gas. Replace if the gas diffusion orifice becomes blocked, causing poor gas protection
• Nozzles direct gas and protect the weld seam. Replace if deformed to maintain gas coverage
• Nozzle springs maintain nozzle position. Replace if elasticity is lost and the nozzle cannot be held properly
