Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise is available only on products displaying the Price Match Available message.

If you find an identical product advertised for less by an eligible UK retailer, we’ll match the competitor’s total price, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions

  1. The product must be identical, including its brand, model, specification, size, quantity and any included accessories.
  2. The competitor’s product must be new, in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  3. The competitor must be an established UK retailer selling directly to the customer.
  4. The comparison will be based on the competitor’s total price, including VAT and any delivery charges.
  5. The competitor must offer an equivalent delivery service to the one included with our product.
  6. The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable by us.
  7. The Price Match Promise must be requested and agreed by us before an order is placed. It cannot be applied retrospectively.
  8. The Price Match Promise applies to deliveries to UK mainland addresses only.
  9. It does not apply to products sold through auction sites, marketplaces or by private sellers.
  10. It does not apply to clearance, liquidation, damaged, refurbished, ex-display or used products.
  11. It does not apply to pricing errors, personalised quotations, trade-only prices, membership prices, voucher codes or offers unavailable to the general public.
  12. A price match cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer unless we agree otherwise.
  13. We may limit the quantity available at the matched price to a reasonable quantity for the customer’s requirements.

How to request a price match

To request a price match, send us a link to the competitor’s product and provide your delivery postcode. We’ll verify the offer and confirm the matched price before you place your order.
