The B&B mega roller (10,000 lbs / 4,535 kg) is a high-capacity pipe roller engineered for heavy-duty job site applications. Featuring oversized 10″ x 3″ wheels with urethane-over-steel construction, this roller delivers multiple benefits: ultra-smooth pipe rotation through heavy-duty sealed bearings, suitable for steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloy pipes. The distinctive head design permits wheel removal, converting the unit to a V-head stand that restricts pipe rotation.

Robust twin solid ACME rods enable precise headstock and wheel adjustment for accurate fit-ups, even whilst under load. All mega rollers feature powder coating, quick-release axle pins, and modular construction permitting additional feed wheels and castors for enhanced mobility.
