Weld Star ER 80S-Ni1 is a copper-coated, nickel-alloyed MIG wire developed for welding fine-grained, austempering, and low-temperature steels.
With 1.0% Nickel content, it achieves outstanding toughness and impact resistance in cryogenic conditions, down to -60°C.
Its layer-wound design provides consistent wire feed and stable arc performance, making it a preferred choice for critical applications across offshore infrastructure, shipbuilding, tanks, cranes, and pipelines.
The wire is manufactured using virgin raw materials, ensuring batch-to-batch reliability and top-tier weld quality.
