Weld Star – ER 80S-Ni1 Wire (0.8mm) 15kg
Features and Applications: A copper coated, Ni-alloy (1.0% Ni) solid wire designed for low-temperature, fine-grained, and austempering steels. It offers excellent impact toughness due to the addition of Nickel and exhibits good mechanical properties at sub-zero temperatures down to -50 degrees Celsius. This wire is especially suitable for use in the offshore industry. The precision layer wound wire ensures superior wire feeding characteristics. It is typically used in the building up of cranes, transport, tanks, industrial facilities, equipment in general, pipelines, shipbuilding, and more.
Green wire is produced using virgin raw materials sourced from specialized steel mills, ensuring consistent reliability and quality.
