Weld Star – Dual Core HF 600-G Wire (1.2mm) 15kg
The Weld Star – Dual Core HF 600-G Wire is a seamless high fill copper coated tubular wire designed for semi-automatic applications. It offers a unique welder appeal with a deposition rate that’s up to 20% higher than solid wire. This wire is embedded with finely dispersed hard carbides in a martensitic weld metal, ensuring a balance between abrasion, friction, and impact resistance. It can resist abrasion at service temperatures up to 450°C.

Materials to be Welded:
The wire is ideal for hardfacing components that are exposed to abrasion and moderate impact. Depending on the base material, preheating between 150°C – 300°C may be necessary. Suitable for use on components in the mining industry, construction equipment, and other areas where wear resistance is crucial.
