Description
Weld Star – CF2 (G3Si1) Wire (0.8mm) 15kg
Weld Star CF2 is a non-copper coated solid wire designed for welding unalloyed and low-alloyed carbon-manganese steels. With a diameter of 0.8mm and a weight of 15kg, this wire is environmentally friendly, producing less fume and smoke compared to traditional copper wires. It offers a stable arc, especially at increased welding speeds, resulting in high-quality welds with minimal spatter. The wire is vacuum-sealed in a plastic bag to prevent moisture absorption and is precision layer wound to ensure superior wire feeding.
Features & Benefits:
- Non-Copper Coated: Reduces environmental impact and offers a cleaner welding experience.
- Stable Arc: Suitable for increased welding speeds, ensuring high-quality welds with minimal spatter.
- Environmentally Friendly: Produces less fume and smoke, enhancing the working environment.
- Superior Wire Feeding: Precision layer wound for consistent and smooth feeding.
- High-Quality Raw Materials: Produced using virgin materials from specialized steel mills for consistent quality.
Common Applications:
- Industrial Machinery: Ensures durable and strong joints in heavy machinery.
- Construction: Ideal for welding structures like bridges and buildings.
- Transportation: Suitable for shipbuilding, automotive, and railway industries.
- Boilers & Pressure Vessels: Ensures strong and leak-proof joints.
- General Fabrications: Useful for various structural and engineering fabrications.
