Copper-coated A18 TIG wire with high levels of manganese and silicon, providing strong deoxidising power for situations where rigorous cleaning is not feasible. The high silicon content enhances weld pool fluidity for a smoother bead appearance and reduced post-weld grinding.

Good mechanical properties at sub-zero temperatures down to -40°C. Suitable for boilers, pressure vessels, bridges, shipbuilding, industrial machinery and structural fabrications.

Conforms to EN ISO 636-A – W 42 4 3Si1 and AWS A5.18 – ER 70S-6. Supplied in 5 kg packs.
