Super 6 309 LSI stainless steel MIG wire is engineered for joining stainless steels of similar composition as well as dissimilar grades.
Its low carbon and high silicon content provides smooth arc characteristics, excellent wetting, and superior bead appearance, while reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion.
With a tensile strength of 650 N/mm², hardness of 180 BHN, and a melting point of 1440°C, this wire offers dependable performance across chemical, power generation, repair, and maintenance industries.
It is suitable for welding positions PA, PB, PF, PC, and PE, operating on DC+ polarity with 98% argon / 2% oxygen shielding gas.
Manufactured to meet AWS A5.9 ER 309LSI, EN ISO 14343 – 23 12 LSI, and BS 2901 309 S93 standards, Super 6 309 LSI ensures consistent quality and durability.
