Description
SIFMIG Stainless Steel MIG Wire 312 – 0.8 mm x 15 Kg
The SIFMIG Stainless Steel MIG Wire 312 is a 29.9 stainless MIG wire, designed specifically for welding difficult-to-weld steels, including manganese steels, tool steels, spring steels, and other dissimilar materials. It offers high resistance to weld metal cracking, making it a reliable choice for challenging welding tasks.
SIFMIG 312 is ideal for:
- Joining hard manganese steels, tool steels, and spring steels.
- Buffering tasks.
- Joining dissimilar steel grades.
- The weld metal deposited is crack-resistant with an increased ferrite content of approximately FN50.
- Suitable for welding high strength, unalloyed, alloyed heat treatable steels, stainless steels (both ferritic chromium and austenitic CrNi), and austenitic manganese steels. It can also be used for chemically resistant weld claddings and for joining dissimilar materials.
Key Features:
- Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of steels, including those that are typically challenging to weld.
- High Resistance: The wire is resistant to weld metal cracking, ensuring durable and reliable welds.
- Problem Solver: This wire is considered a solution for welding various steel grades, including stainless and other difficult-to-weld steels.
