The Stainless Steel MIG Wire 309LSI is a high-quality wire containing elevated levels of chromium and nickel. It is specifically designed for welding both similar composition materials and dissimilar stainless steels, offering versatility in various welding applications.

Material to be Welded:
- Applications: Ideal for welding high-strength steels, unalloyed and alloyed heat treatable steels, stainless steels of various types, and austenitic manganese steels. The wire is also apt for joining clad steels, and its FN content ensures resistance to cracking.
- Base Materials: Suitable for welding high strength, unalloyed and alloyed heat treatable steels; various stainless steels including ferritic chromium and austenitic CrNi steels; austenitic manganese steels; and more. It’s also apt for chemically resistant weld claddings and dissimilar joining.
- Specialty: SIFSTEEL 309LSi is a solid wire tailored for MAG welding of corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant CrNi steels, as well as for welding dissimilar metals.
