The SifVac is an ideal modular unit that can be modified or purpose-built for specific applications to support the extraction of fumes and dust directly at the source. It is particularly well-suited for limited spaces that require a compact unit with a small footprint. Additionally, when high filtration efficiency is necessary, the SifVac ensures clean air is returned back into the workplace.
This unit operates on 110V and is powered by a powerful single-phase motor.
Silvac Range Features
The SifVac high-vacuum industrial system offers versatile mobile extraction options, including on-torch capability. It serves as an adaptable modular unit that can be customized or purpose-built for specific applications, enabling effective extraction of fumes and dust directly from the source. When combined with the SifGun Fume Extraction MIG Torch, it ensures optimal operator safety by eliminating fumes at the point of origin, preventing their entry into the breathing zone.
The system provides various configurations, including a twin motor option for dual operation and a brushless turbine motor for continuous, maintenance-free functionality.
Key features of the SifVac system include an M-class filter with high-filtration efficiency and the choice between a 15L or 20L detachable dust collection chamber. The ‘Dust Stop’ semi-automatic cleaning system simplifies filter maintenance by allowing operators to easily lift the flap on the chamber. Additionally, all models are equipped with castors for effortless manoeuvrability.
The system is available in both 110v and 230v units, and an optional HD Brush Kit enables the SifVac to be used as a vacuum cleaner as well.
