SIFMIG E71T1-1M Flux Cored MIG Welding Wire 15kg 1.2mm

SIFCORED E71T-1 is a rutile flux-cored MIG/MAG wire designed for welding unalloyed and low-alloy structural steels in all positions. It offers excellent weldability with low spatter, smooth bead appearance, and easy slag removal.

The wire delivers strong mechanical properties, including tensile strength of 570 N/mm², yield strength of 510 N/mm², elongation of 30%, and impact toughness of 110 J at -20°C.

It is widely used in shipbuilding, offshore, and construction applications, as well as for pressure vessels, pipelines, forgings, and general mild steel fabrications.

Suitable for both single- and multi-pass welding, and also capable of vertical-down welding on non-critical sheet structures, this wire ensures consistent performance and productivity gains over MMA electrodes.

Operates on DC+ polarity with CO₂ or Ar/CO₂ shielding gas, and is available in a 1.2mm 15kg spool.
