Commercially pure titanium alloy TIG filler rods (AWS A5.16 ER Ti-2) with high strength, heat treatability, exceptional weldability, remarkable fatigue strength and hardness. Used for welding alloys of similar titanium composition, producing good weld ductility.

Also suitable for fabricating alloy grades where ductility is more important than joint strength. Common applications include aircraft components, compressor blades, automotive parts and jet engine manufacturing. Shielding gas: pure argon. Current: DC=+. Suitable for all welding positions.
