Nederman FilterBox Twin Fume Extractor

The FilterBox Twin is equipped with two extraction arms and a powerful 2.2 kW (3.0 hp) N29 fan for a maximum air flow capacity of 1700 m³/h.

The FilterBox Twin M is delivered with a manually cleaned polyester filter. The FilterBox Twin A+ NANO is delivered with an extra large, automatically cleaned nanofibre filter for frequent welding. The nanofibre media technology in the FilterBox Twin A+ NANO offers higher efficiency and surface loading properties. This results in more effective filter cleaning and longer cleaning intervals.

For dust applications, the unit is cleaned mechanically. For welding fumes it uses a combination of mechanical and compressed air cleaning, and compressed air cleaning is required for welding applications.

On the FilterBox Twin M there is an alarm that indicates when the air flow is too low and the filter needs to be cleaned mechanically. On the FilterBox Twin A+ NANO there is an advanced filter control system indicating the pressure drop with a series of LEDs on the LCD display. When the air flow is too low, an audible alarm precedes the automatic, motorised compressed air cleaning sequence.

An integrated silencer reduces noise from the fan and outlet air. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided if an optional HEPA filter is installed.

Note: FilterBox is not for use in environments where combustible dust or gases are present, and it is not for use in filtering combustible dust or gases.
