Description
Hardfacing MIG Wire 1 mm Sifcored 600 – 15 Kg
The Hardfacing MIG Wire Sifcored 600, with a diameter of 1.0mm and weighing 15 Kg, is a gas-shielded, tubular cored MIG wire designed for high wear resistance. This wire is specifically used in the MIG welding process for applications that demand a combination of impact and abrasion resistance. It is also employed for building-up or overlay tasks.
Key Features:
- Wear Resistance: Designed for high wear resistance, especially in areas prone to abrasion and metal-to-metal wear.
- Impact Resistance: Suitable for applications that require resistance to impact.
- Metal Cored: This wire is metal cored, making it ideal for wear-resistant surfacing of steel, cast steel, and high Mn steel that are subject to various stresses.
Typical Applications:
The Hardfacing MIG Wire Sifcored 600 is commonly used in:
- Earthmoving and quarry industries, for equipment like digger buckets, crusher hammers, and blades.
- Agricultural sector, especially on equipment like ploughshares.
