Description
GeKa – 310-16 ELOX R Electrodes (2.5mm) 3kg
The GeKa 310-16 ELOX R Electrode is a stainless steel electrode specifically designed for welding applications on furnaces, boilers, and pipes. These are made of Cr-Ni and Cr-Si-Al alloyed steels and can withstand working temperatures of up to 1200°C.
Features & Benefits:
- The weld metal is resistant to extreme temperatures, capable of withstanding up to +1200°C.
- Suitable for use with alternative current.
- Requires a re-drying process for a minimum of 2 hours at temperatures ranging between 120°C and 200°C, ensuring the electrode’s optimal performance.
Common Applications:
- Ideal for welding furnaces, boilers, and pipes made of Cr-Ni and Cr-Si-Al-alloyed steels.
- Suitable for materials such as X15CrNiSi 25-20, X15CrNiSi 25-21, X15CrNrSi 20-12, G-X40CrNi25, GX40CrNiSi229, X10CrAI, X10CrAl24, GX40CrSi1, and AISI grades 305, 310, and 304.
